Christmas Eve is always such a magical time. The wonder and excitement in the children's faces. So excited to get to bed, to finally see what is wrapped in all those presents. For me, it is a time to reflect about the true meaning of Christmas as well as enjoy the excitement the children bring to it. I love looking around my home with the lights off, and just enjoying the twinkling of the lights on the tree and on the mantle, in the peace and quiet of the night. I will miss this time of year, but I will try to take some of that reflection with me into the New Year, and remember the importance of life's little moments. This is a digital layout I did of two pics I took on Christmas Eve.
